August 20, 1920 - February 24, 2019
Christena Floyd passed away on February 24, 2019. In mourning for their dear mother are her six children: Chuck (Gail), John (Sandy), Carol (Ernie), Michael, Martin, and David. She took great joy in her family, and spent many happy times visiting with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Christena was predeceased by her beloved husband Charles in 2012, after 68 years of marriage, and by the last of her siblings, Sadie Kennedy in 2017.
Christena helped people throughout her whole life. She loved deeply and is deeply loved.
A Memorial Service to honour Christena's life will be held in the Arbor Lounge of Mountain View Funeral Home (1605 100 Street SE, Calgary) on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at 1:00 pm. To express condolences, please visit: www.mountainviewmemorial.ca.
