August 8, 1925 - October 23, 2021
It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Donald Alan Wallden at the ripe old age of 96. Don had a great sense of humour and a kind and generous heart. Over his last few years, he enjoyed his frequent crib games with friends, always keeping score!
Don was predeceased by his wife Florence of 54 years of marriage. He is survived by children David (Suzanne deceased) Wallden and Bonny (Gordon) Stone along with two grandchildren Lindsie (Jarett) Pereboom and Courtney (Kris) Satchell, and four great grandchildren Alexa, Ethan, Morgan and Evan.
Only the immediate family will be in attendance on November 10th to honor his memory.
We'd like to thank the staff at Chartwell Carrington Place for their care, patience and respect that they have given him these last few years. We'd also like to thank Dr. Lepage and all the Interior Health Care aids that have helped him over the years.
Don will be greatly missed by all.
