Gus (Gustav) Axel Bourgh, of Bridesville, British Columbia passed away at the age of 75 on December 17, 2020 at Penticton Regional Hospital after a long battle with cancer.
He is survived by his wife, Marie (nee Ouchi); three daughters, Wendy (Brad) Martens, Kyla Bourgh, and Lena (Ryan) Weber; four grandchildren, Evanie and Linden Martens, and Sofia and Grayson Weber; two brothers Sven and John; and two sisters Inge Klym and Rita Frake. Gus was predeceased by four siblings, Eric, Leonard, Elsa Ralston and Anna-maj Young.
There will be no formal funeral; the immediate family will be gathering to celebrate Gus' life at a private ceremony at the 'flagtop'
(the highest point of the family property). Donations in Gus' name can be made to the BC Cancer Foundation.
