Harlen passed away peacefully in his Armstrong home on March 12, 2024. He was predeceased by his wife Marlene, 10 years to the day.
Harlen's career in finance spanned six decades. An honest, sincere, generous man, both in his business and personal life.
Fishing was his greatest, and most loved passion, to put it mildly!
Harlen will truly be missed by his close relatives and friends.
