Helen was born on December 26th, 1923 and passed away on April 30th, 2020 in the Polson Fintry North Extended Care Unit, ending her life long journey of 96 years, all spent here in Vernon.
Helen is survived by one son, Nick (Vi); three grandchildren, Ryan (Alice), Melissa (Dan) and Nikki (Roni); one great-granddaughter, Maya; her only sister, Irene and her family, Lynda (Tim) and Bruce (Rose). She was preceded in death by her husband Nick on February 6th, 1990 and her daughter, Margaret on February 17th, 2019.
In respecting Helen's wishes, she was cremated and there will be no funeral service held. As an expression of sympathy, those who wish to do so may send donations in memory of Helen to the charity of their choice.
