Henry Robert Wilson

Henry Robert Wilson born in Vernon BC on September 19th 1953 has passed away on February 3rd 2023. Henry was 69 years old when he passed. Henry is survived by his 3 sons HR (Amber)(Keona), Waylon Marvel, Crystal and his God daughters Patricia and Tiffany Wilson, His Grandchildren Reed, Adrian, Emma Jean, Muskwasis and Nikola. His brother William, his two dogs Daisy, Chase and Scruffy Jr (Tanner) numerous nieces and nephews. He is pre-deceased by his parents Sophie and Henry his brothers Edmund, Patrick Percy Lloyd and his sister Eileen.
Henry was an avid sports player and watcher, in his younger and older years you could find him on the ice playing some puck or on a ball field, soccer field and lacrosse field. Henry made many friends and adopted family through living the good hockey life where he played for the Vernon Totems, Vernon Stampeders, Ashcroft Cowboys, Chase Blades, Kamloops, Gleneden Eagles and Grindrod Elks.
Henry lived his last years as a loving and devoted grandfather. Henry was his family's biggest fan; he had suit cases full of newspapers clippings. If it had his family members name on it he clipped it out.
A wake will be held for Henry starting February 7th at the New Horizons building on Westside road Vernon, BC, and a funeral service will be held on Friday February the 10th at Head of the Lake Hall, Vernon, BC starting at 11am.
