Isabel Mary Macklin passed away peacefully January 30,
2016 four days after her 100th birthday. She will be lovingly remembered by her son, Brian, his wife Valerie, and her four surviving grandchildren and nine surviving great-grandchildren, in addition to four great-great-grandchildren. Isabel was pre-deceased by her daughter Isobel, her grandson Paul, and great-grandson Robbie. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
Isabel was a resident of the Victoria area for 40 years, and was a long time employee of Birks Jewellers there, prior to moving to Vernon four years ago.
A memorial Service will be held on Saturday February 6, 2016 at 3:00 PM, at All Saints’ Anglican Church in Vernon, BC with Rev. Jane Bourcet officiating.
