Miyoko 'Ruth' Sato (nee Yamamoto)

March 16, 1924 - November 1, 2021
We are sad to announce the passing of Miyoko 'Ruth' Sato in her home, with her family beside her. She was predeceased by her loving husband Ken in 2017. She is survived by a son Alfred, two daughters Linda and Betty. She is also survived by three grandsons; Derek (Caitlin), Brett, and Chad (Tara-Lyn) Murray. Five great-grandchildren will also miss 'Nana' ; Bryden, Kaleb, Kiera, Brooklyn, and Kenna.
The family would also like to extend a special 'Thank You' to Dr. Fred Dyck and his staff for their years of compassion and dedication to making her life as comfortable as possible.
Celebration of Life with those who knew her one last time. There will be a ceremony at the Pleasant Valley Funeral Home on May 18th, 2022.
It will start at 11 am Everyone wi welcome. 4303 Pleasant Valley Road, Vernon.
The family requests no koden or flowers in lieu of flowers or 'koden', that a donation be made to a charity or organization of your choice be made in her name.
