August 23, 1940 - February 15, 2019
Robert was ready when he heard the Lord call him Home on February 15th, 2019 at the age of 78 years. He was born on August 23rd, 1940 in Fairview, Alberta to Gottlob and Lydia Hess.
Robert is survived by his wife, Marles, to whom he was married for 58 years; four daughters, Roberta (Frank), Connie (Les), Terra (Dave) and Melanie (Al); six grandsons, Carter, Jaxson, Wyatt, Nathan, Adam and Jonah; one granddaughter, Lindsay; five sisters; many nieces, nephews and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters. Robert was a man of integrity and character, and deeply loved his God and family.
A Celebration of Robert's Life and Home-going will be held at the Vernon Alliance Church, 2601-43rd Avenue, on Saturday, May 4th, 2019 at 10 am.
