With regard to the Your letters section Jan. 4, Roy Parkinson wrote a letter called MLA challenged.
The Kinder Morgan pipeline is not an export-only pipeline as Mr. Parkinson alludes.
This pipeline contains raw crude as well as refined products.
These products are used throughout B.C., as well as within the refinery in Burnaby and abroad.
This information is very easy to find. I would suggest that as with all politically charged issues, your editor attempt to assess the validity of the statements prior to printing any letters or at least mark them as unverified.
