When the barriers on highway 97 between Vernon and Lake Country were installed I had read that the speed limit would be increased to 100 km/h on that section of road.
Why is the limit still 90? I recently travelled to Penticton and there are sections of 97 between Peachland and Summerland that are only 2 lanes undivided where the limit is 100 km/h.
