Letter: Noisy plane annoys

Am I the only one that has to listen to the noisy “jumper” airplane almost every day.

After numerous complaints to the City of Vernon and having contact with the Vernon Airport, there has nothing been done about this planes noise for over two years now.

Vernon has a noise bylaw but this aircraft must be exempt. For many people having hearing issues the drone of this aircraft when escalating can drive some people nuts. It is irritating, and no one is doing anything about it.

Yes, I realize the owner has addressed this noise issue but I might suggest you use common sense and take it to a muffler shop.
