Paint a rainbow crosswalk on the highway a hundred metres south of the intersection at Stickle Road.
Paint a rainbow crosswalk a hundred metres north of Stickle Road, on the highway.
Drivers will be so surprised and stunned to see them that they are bound to slow down. Problem solved.
