Five Lincoln Lanes bowlers are off to the provincial Youth Bowling Council (YBC) singles finals.

The five qualified from the zone finals in Kamloops, where bowlers from Vernon, Kamloops and Kelowna competed in the five-game, scratch event.

Top bowler in each of the three age groups (Bantams 8-to-10; Juniors 11-to-14; Seniors 15-to-19) advance to the provincial finals March 4 in Langley/Surrey.

Lincoln bowlers swept the senior and junior division.

Kayli Breitkreutz won senior girls gold with a five-game total of 941 (181, 185, 217, 166, 192) and Liam Arnold took the senior boys with a score of 1,071 (187, 203, 248, 233, 200).

Sierra Merry captured the junior girls title with games of 163, 171, 257, 155 and 175 for a 932 total. Colby Eisenhauer won the junior boys gold with a 1,010 total (235, 227, 213, 173, 162).

Reece Chisholm won the bantam boys gold with a five-game total of 674 (149, 115, 129, 151, 130).

Vida Chisholm (senior girls) and Matthew Greer (senor boys) won bronze medals in their respective division.

Charleigh Lemay (junior girls) and Kalvin Blaeser (senior boys) were fourth in their divisions.
