The menu at Kal Tire Place is new and varied.
The City of Vernon has contracted the concessions services for the 2023/2024 season to three local businesses, who will be operating the three concessions for this season.
During events at Kal Tire Place, customers can now enjoy food prepared by Samosa Joe’s, Tasty Tacos and Taters, and Yeti Concessions.
“These three businesses bring a variety of food to Kal Tire Place concessions, both traditional arena food and unique offerings,” said Leah Walker, manager of customer service – recreation. “We are really excited and feel this variety will make for an even greater experience at Kal Tire Place. We thank the community for its patience while the final arrangements were made to bring in these new vendors.”
In addition to the three new concession vendors, the regular concourse vendors are back for another season. Midian Coffee Company, Ogopogo Mini Donuts, and Hawaiian Shaved Ice can be found on the concourse during all major events.
