Several flights delayed at Kelowna airport

Kelowna International Airport has yet to confirm what is causing the delays

Kelowna International Airport is dealing with several delayed flights Saturday morning (Feb. 3).

As of 10:35 a.m., nine flights are delayed according to YLW’s departure list. The flights are going to Vancouver, Victoria, Calgary, Edmonton, Seattle, and Los Cabos, Mexico. A flight to Victoria has also been cancelled.

According to YLW’s arrivals list, there are also seven flights that are late.

But the reason as to why is unknown at this time.

On Friday, Feb. 2, flights going to Kelowna from Penticton were cancelled.
