The North Okanagan Cycling Society is celebrating the spectacular trails available to cycle enthusiasts with a special weekend.
Vernon Bikefest runs Friday to Sunday, May 26-28.
“Join us in supporting trails in the North Okanagan,” said the society.
The weekend will feature exciting races, live music, social rides, group rides, events for all ages, and family friendly activities.
There is a Friday night women’s ride, Saturday Big Ed Trail Day, family fun in Polson Park Saturday from 3:30-5:30, music festival Saturday evening with Chipko Jones and Crashlanders and a memorial ride for Pete Dorey Sunday.
Whether you’re an experienced rider or just beginning, the NOCS says you’ll love exploring the beautiful mountain trails and listening to live music.
Full details of all events and sign-ups can be found online at nocs.ca/bikefest.
